Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Facturalia is a personal tool used only by its owner, Daniel Garoz SolĂs, to create and send his own monthly invoices. This policy explains what Google user data it accesses and what it does with that data.

Data accessed

How the data is used and stored

The application runs only on the owner's computer. Google data is used only to perform the actions above at the owner's request. OAuth tokens and generated PDFs are stored locally on that computer and are never sent to any server other than Google's APIs.

Sharing

No Google user data is sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. The only data that leaves the owner's account is the invoice the owner chooses to email to his accountant and his company's CEO.

Limited Use

Facturalia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account permissions. Deleting the local token file removes all stored credentials.
